 Today, I went to see my eldest sister. Her youngest daughter went out with us along with my parents and nephew. Handsome nephew drove the car. Anyway, we just want to have dinner but not sure where. Then my sis suggested a food court. In the end, my sis ordered a cheese sushi and cheese toast for my niece. Then a vege tempura. These were my common food and food that I liked to eat. haha. I never eat these things with them. I liked to order vege tempura and cheese toast. Dad treated my friend better than me treat my friend. He gave suggestions of where to bring her and that was how I went to places that I have never been in the past even though it was just few minutes drive away…

 Today was especially busy and full of troubles. The POS was especially slow. It went offline quite a few times. I met some really good customers who understand the situation and told us it was ok. While some were steaming hot. While I was doing the cashiering, one of the station has no car but with transaction on my screen. It wasn’t ok another POS so I panicked and kept on asking. The other cashiers who don’t see the transaction in their POS told me not to be alarm and there is nothing. I think the thing just got stuck and the driver did not drive off. After a while, my transaction cleared but then the transaction wasn’t cleared on other cashiers’ screen. They panicked. Hahahahaha. I addressed the issue but there is another issue with the POS though so nobody focused on that. My panicked and alarms go with them not alarming. After like 2 hrs later, the problem was solved. We all have our POS restarted and updated. The ghosted transaction on my screen was still there and this time on

 Today I finally realised why the PA don’t help to pump. Because if the helped and the customer forgets to pay or never have the intention to pay, they will have to pay for the bills if this customer cannot be found. Another is when the customer told them the amount and if they got it wrong, then the extra amount will be paid the the PA too. Daily there are so many customers, if every customer don’t play by the rules, the PA might as well don’t need this job. Their being there is to help you when you have troubles but decision and the rest should be made by you. They are also there to ensure you don’t runaway too. Same as cashier. We were there to help you process your bills. You runaway or not, if we don’t observe, we pay the bill when you are not being responsible. Then we will be blamed for not observing. By right, you should ensure for self-service or whatever, that the bill is being paid before you go. The fault is a bit of the design because by right if you failed to pay, there s

 Sometimes I wonder if this person is always there to help or cause trouble for me. Sigh. Today got another drive off, all day, I kept an eye on unpaid transaction to the cars. Ready to call out if this car before it rolled off again. Then here and there, after one trouble transaction, was distracted by finding things, find phone and find what to help this customer. He could have gone to another store because obviously none of us knew how to do the transaction. After failing here and there, still insist I helped to call our senior who was just off. Today was extra busy. With the poorly designed system that after pumping petrol and can still go away without alarm going off. Only after people go, then got alarm… What’s the point? Telling you the person has gone off. Some rang for hours but never go off. The person gone already but never rang…. If failed payment, why don’t the prompt be more obvious so the customer knows the payment didn’t go through or need to pay at the counter…. Then g

 Talking about negative thoughts, I am a master of that. Talking about positive thoughts, I am a master of that too. Maybe I have bipolar disorder. Hm. About today, something fishy is going on. Two drive-offs and I have always asked someone if they have petrol. So, they did go to my counter. If they did, and denied, does that make the fuel free? So, keys to having free fuel. They know they can get away if they have purchased something else other than paying for the fuel. Not one, but two. I think only for my case but I think there are other cases too. Presume one got away and the others know the tricks. The loopholes. Next time, just pump fuel first. Then go to the counter. Never talk anything about the fuel. Buy something and pay for it then go away. I believe there are a few motorist saying they have no fuels and some people said they paid at the pump. Well if they get away and cannot be caught, which I am unsure why they are so assured that they don't and the cashier or the pump
