I knew what will make me sick so most of the time, I avoided.
Today sneezed the whole day and now my head hurts
. There was a bit of a drizzle which I didn’t realized until I look on the floor. I knew that if I was caught by the rain then I will surely get sick so I avoided. No matter where I go, there is an umbrella in my bag and even when my bags were really heavy. Unless I know the way that I will go is sheltered.
Drink a cup of water first thing in the morning. Although it is good to do exercise, sometimes I am just lazy but I will still do if I had the opportunity. I will walk home if I realised I ate too much unless I carried a lot of heavy things. Anyway, too much exercise or extreme exercise regime will lead to heart attack. That’s what I found out while watching Discovery Channel. Comparing to athlete, an athlete can get heart attack more than one who do moderate exercise. Well, lucky I am not so into doing such extreme exercise.
One thing I know for sure, everyday, you must be well hydrated and empty your bowel. Do not hold back urgency.
At least 6 hrs of sleep everyday.
Keep your mind active. Write and reflect. Bath although I really hate bathing.
That’s how I got well… I think one bug lesson learn, was the need to manage all these daily so you don’t get sick.
