Good vs Bad

 Everytime a victim showed up, there is always no way to catch the bad guys or got them guilty. The cops and courts cannot do anything one. Yet, everytime, when the bad guys get killed, the case would become very serious and finding the people who is killing the bad guy. You just don’t see the same efforts given to the actual victim. A serious investigation to make sure the person who killed bad guys get jailed… WHY??? Does all shows reflected this scenario in real life. The bad guys got away and only if you want to catch them or not. Why big crime was so hard to catch but smaller crime get big attentions? Are we protecting the good people or bad ones? Anyway, maybe for the sake of the show…

But knowing some bad guys existed in real life, I cannot help praise the writer or director for depicting close to reality persona. No exaggeration.

I did rolled my eyes when the nutcracker soldier opened the bridge gate.

 A bank asked me to apply for their job. I was a bit skeptical whether it was scam. After a few conversations, it seemed legit. They needed my updated resume. I didn’t have. Go back to my old canva, then dragged out the old one. I realised I have a Word document ones after I sent the pdf ones. I should have just used the Word document because it was the latest. Peculiar

 Not sure how I should feel. Good or bad. Mum used to be very good with tech. Well, yesterday, have spent two hours over the phone just to help her log in to my account. In the end, she only managed to download and update her Netflix app on her iPad. iPad actually a bit different from Android so she has lots of difficulty linking App Store is equivalent to Google Play… When I said search, she literally search by her eyes… I cannot help but laugh at myself. Programmer and code did the same. I am not around so I can only do these for her. Sigh… Should have gave her a tutorial during CNY…  My screen is back… The touch screen I bought previously so that it is easier for me to do work. The pc that I bought previously is a good investment in the end. Thank God or the manufacturer that both working fine so far.

Funny Things

 Scam has definitely affect everyone daily like never before. When my cousin got my number and wants to connect, she put a photo on whatsapp’s profile photo and also sent me her picture to verify she wasn’t a scammer. The fact is that scammers did that too. In fact the more professional the photo was, the more likely it is a scam. When I applied a job, I will also worry it is a scam. Especially no email and I cannot find much on the internet. The only thing that makes the interview sounded right was the interview ways of speaking and a more lifelike profile picture. I chose to believe it and if it hadn’t post on mycareersfuture, I wouldn’t have believe the job was legal when email has problem. I thought email was always the sign of legitimate business or scam. In 2024, anyone can doubt now. I can receive a legitimate email or message that was scam and also non-legitimate as not scam… How inconvenient so I treated all as a scam. Better safe than sorry.
