Sometimes I wonder if this person is always there to help or cause trouble for me. Sigh. Today got another drive off, all day, I kept an eye on unpaid transaction to the cars. Ready to call out if this car before it rolled off again. Then here and there, after one trouble transaction, was distracted by finding things, find phone and find what to help this customer. He could have gone to another store because obviously none of us knew how to do the transaction. After failing here and there, still insist I helped to call our senior who was just off. Today was extra busy. With the poorly designed system that after pumping petrol and can still go away without alarm going off. Only after people go, then got alarm… What’s the point? Telling you the person has gone off. Some rang for hours but never go off. The person gone already but never rang…. If failed payment, why don’t the prompt be more obvious so the customer knows the payment didn’t go through or need to pay at the counter…. Then got people who always want to challenge the borderline despite being an employee there.
Every-time because of these things cannot sleep. Woke up from still doing cashiering with never ending queue….
