Foodpanda

Woke up around 10:30am. Aunty said want to order food. She doesn’t mind to order subway but not McD. So I ordered Subway from Foodpanda. I got voucher from Google Pay. Otherwise, I would normally use Grab to order. Because Grab don’t always send the wrong ones. For wrong ones, they either refund or resend. Even once, I ordered something but had to cancel because I wanted delivery instead of pickup as it was default to pickup. They helped instantly and rearranged the order. Although they arrived late and it’s about 2 hrs wait. The food arrived.

This time, I ordered for my Aunty, Sis and Me. To make up to 20 dollars to meet the minimum requirement to use the voucher although just capped at 2 dollars discount. When the food arrived, it seemed so little. There were lots of cookies… I order ala carte. I thought I ordered wrongly. Seeing the receipt tagged… It was totally not mine. 4 Cookies… 1 Wrap.. I woke up without breakfast so I ordered as brunch. supposedly 12:05 to receive but only received around 12:30pm. I have no breakfast and lunch. Don’t ever deal with hungry people…

I wanted to call after the person who delivered the meal but was out of sight the instant I called after him. I quickly get help center on foodpanda and said they will help. Perhaps he can call after the man who might have my orders on his bike or whatever to make a correction. I never asked for refund but somewhere below my sis helped me reply No refund means they are going to resend my orders? I think they got the wrong idea. I am the one hungry. My sis just tag along to make it up to 20 for me to use the voucher.

My Aunty was waiting for the food too. Anyway, I included below the chat as it is. Hope I am not too rude but after they said they will contact in 1-3 days… I lost it. I was more hopeful they will send the correct orders or give an option to want to wait further to receive the correct ones. I only eat their beef steak and not the cold cut. I am not eating Cookies for brunch. 

I paid 22 dollars for nothing. Do I have lots of money just to order food that I don’t want to have? Give out money for fun. Anyway, I should have just stick to Grab. It wouldn’t be so sad today if I have chose Grab. Probably I would have happily enjoyed my meal. My feedback not helping me.

I am going to cook Ramen and eat. The response was causing more anguish. Not going to use Foodpanda anymore. Earlier on I downloaded it just because my colleagues were using and it is easier for us to get order and collect orders at work. It can also use the vouchers bought from Shopee. Out of the point, I super duper sad because of this meal. Shit Foodpanda. I just ask my Aunty to eat the only cold cut wrap. Argh. 

Previously, I asked my sis order food because I have voucher need to use up before expiry. Guess what, wrong order but not so different like this time. Well, my sis got another voucher as a compensation. We were ok with it as long as the food is not so different.
